The Parliamentary Education Committee announced that the directorates began including the lecturers by Resolution 315 within the Food Security Law, while clarifying the mechanism for allocating their salaries.

Committee member Jawad Al-Ghazali said, "The Ministry of Finance has addressed the governors regarding the division of the lecturers' salaries, whereby 50% is on the ministry and the other 50% is on the governorate," stressing that "the governorates cannot pay 50% of the lecturers' salaries, nor the authority that authorizes them to do so."

He added, "The Finance Committee has allocated a certain amount for the lecturers within the Food Security Law, provided that these amounts are completed in the next budget for 2022, so that there are administrative orders to install the allocations for those covered by Law 315," noting that "the Food Security Law, which lasts for one year only, was allocated A fixed amount for the lecturers is not open.

He stressed the need to "establish an appropriate mechanism for the lecturers through the budget that will be initiated after the formation of the government."
And Al-Ghazali indicated, "Through the discussions that took place, it was supposed to make certain allocations to be added to their salaries, so that the lecturer's salary would be 400,000 dinars until the budget was approved and they were fixed on the permanent owners."
