They also called for the convening of a special session of the Human Rights Council on the situation in Iraq in order to establish a commission of inquiry into these events. said Undersecretary of the Iraqi Human Rights Ministry said the terrorist attacks present in his country does not represent a threat to Iraq only, but for all mankind. said that 'what is happening in Iraq deserves from the international community and your esteemed pause serious and determined to employ all possibilities in order to assist the Iraqis in their plight and to contribute in support of Iraq in the face of this tide of dangerous sponsored or funded or facilitate him the way those supporting it, because if it continues this way you will not survive than one nor any state whatever potential or size. ' and stressed that the federal Iraq adopts the principles of equality and non-discrimination in the realization of economic, social and cultural development in a way that meet the obligations in accordance with the policies, plans and programs based on the speed meet the rights cumulative in the near term, without discrimination based on sex or religion or race.
