The Strategic Planning Committee and the Federal Parliamentary Service stressed that all appointments made outside the Federal Service Council are illegal and unconstitutional.

Committee member Muhammad Al-Baldawi said that the appointments are supposed to be within the relevant Federal Service Council, stressing the need for the legislative and executive bodies represented by Parliament and the government to go beyond the previous method of appointments because it is characterized by administrative and financial corruption, nepotism and partisanship.

Al-Baldawi revealed that his committee monitors the progress of appointments through the Federal Service Council to ensure that everyone guarantees their rights, calling for it to be in accordance with fair and transparent procedures that provide reassurance to the graduates.

He indicated that the council, immediately after its formation, began preparing a database for job seekers and owners movement in most ministries, noting that these procedures are awaiting approval of the budget so that in coordination with the ministries, they can start appointing according to their vacant grades, which is supposed to be according to a form based on points for comparison with fair criteria. .
