On Monday, the former deputy of the Azm Alliance, Jassem Al-Jabbara, considered the political and administrative crises in Salah al-Din, the disputes of spoils and the settlement of profits between influential political forces and figures that have controlled the province for many years.
Al-Jabbara said that "what is happening in Salah al-Din in terms of administrative crises and conflicts are due to differences over economic gains and the settlement of profits between the conflicting forces and personalities at the expense of the interest of the governorate and the citizen."
He added, "Salah al-Din is still a name only in terms of reconstruction and development, and it leads the governorates with fictitious projects classified with tricks that have exceeded the procedures and tasks of oversight and integrity over the past many years."
Al-Jabbara believed that “the Salah al-Din crisis will be resolved by sharing the spoils and liquidating and settling profits between the forces that control the governorate’s capabilities by the power of money and political and regional influence,” ruling out “Salah al-Din’s exit from the cycle of political and partisan crises due to the absence of the role of the supreme supervisory authority and government control agencies that were disrupted by the political veto of the influential forces.” in the legislative and executive organs of the state.
Al-Jabbarah called on the next government to “strict integrity to purge the province of spoilers and rescue it from the whales of corruption that swallowed the landmarks and identity of the province,” noting that “the conditions of Salah al-Din’s service and construction are currently worse than the practices of terrorism and its absurdity.”
Salah al-Din Governorate is witnessing administrative and political crises due to power struggles and political parties, which negatively affected the service and urban reality, amid popular and official criticism.
