Shafaq News/ Lawyer Zainab Jassem Baqer submitted, today, Sunday, a request to inform the Public Prosecutor of Karkh Court in the capital, Baghdad, regarding the recordings attributed to the leader of the State of Law coalition, Nuri al-Maliki, in which he attacked political parties and forces, the army, the police and a number of countries.
Baqir said in the news submitted to the Karkh court, and Shafak News obtained a copy of it, that these recordings claim that their publisher, the journalist named (Ali Fadel), that they belong to Al-Maliki, and he has re-published more than one audio clip, all of which contain dangerous content that affects the country's national security. .
The lawyer considered these recordings as "a call to ignite a civil war between the sons of one people."
Zainab Baqir demanded the Public Prosecution "to open an urgent investigation to find out the truth and its statement to the public opinion to reach the party behind the recordings, and to expose the private sessions of the Iraqi citizen (Ali Fadel), or the party behind the forgery of the recordings to show them in the visible image that they are attributed to the owners."
The activist and journalist Ali Fadel, who is outside Iraq, had published during the past few days four audio clips attributed to al-Maliki, in which the latter charged several leaders and political leaders, led by the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr.
In the last recording, which was published by Fadhil on Saturday evening, the alleged voice of al-Maliki spoke of preparing for armed confrontations in Najaf with supporters of the Sadrist movement, and that he would confront them through armed clan groups, accusing al-Sadr of trying to physically liquidate him.
Last Wednesday, the media office of the leader of the State of Law coalition, Nuri al-Maliki, denied the audio recording attributed to the latter, in which he attacked leaders and political forces, most notably the Sadrist movement and its leader Muqtada al-Sadr.
