    Representative Alia Nassif expressed her astonishment at the extent of misinformation practiced by the current Minister of Transport in the caretaker government.
    And she said in a statement: that the minister, according to the letter of the Ministry of Transport No. (1/K 2051) on 5/6/2022, concealed the recommendations of the investigative committee formed in the Office of the Inspector General under Order No. (647/4036) on 5/9/2016, which investigated the Information on the subject of equivalency of certificates with (Bachelor of Aviation Sciences).
    Nassif added: The committee had recommended canceling all certificates equivalency records for pilots and aircraft engineering technicians issued by the committee formed under Ministerial Order No. The minister canceled the committee's recommendations.
    She explained: The minister also deliberately concealed the administrative order No. (464/1127) on 12/9/2018 issued by the Civil Aviation Authority, according to which all the records of the certificate equivalency committee for pilots and aircraft technicians were canceled for violating the foundations, controls and instructions, including those contained in instructions No. (5) ) for the year 1976, according to which the equivalency of the certificate of the current minister became completely revoked and had no legal effect.
    She indicated: The ministry's letter was a response to our letter No. (1685) on 10/5/2022, in which we asked the Prime Minister to relieve the Minister of Transport from his position and not to attend cabinet sessions because the constitutional conditions did not meet them.
    Nassif renewed her call to the judicial and supervisory authorities to take legal measures regarding this grave violation and to recover all sums and privileges granted to him on the basis of the position.
