    Office of the President said the National Alliance, said a meeting was held between the negotiating committee involved in the coalition to form a government with a delegation of the Kurdistan Alliance.     This confirmed to House Speaker Salim al-Jubouri said the parliament on the formation of the new government away from political considerations.
