Today, Friday, the Federal Ministry of Interior separated its tasks and duties in arresting wanted persons and terrorists, and while revealing the use of technical methods and modern techniques to follow up on wanted persons, it confirmed that it had contributed to uncovering the circumstances of the mysterious crimes within hours.
The Director of Relations and Information at the Ministry of Interior, Major General Saad Maan, said that "the implementation of arrest warrants for wanted persons is not limited to the extensive security campaigns, but is part of the daily work of the Ministry of Interior and its formations, whether through the local police, the fight against crime, or through intelligence."
Major General Maan stressed that "the implementation of arrest warrants continues in coordination with the judicial authorities, given that there are arrest warrants and investigations, and so on."
He added, "The Ministry of Interior, through its officers, affiliates and employees, carries out great duties in accordance with the law of the ministry, and is also the right hand of the judicial authorities in implementing judicial orders, in addition to its role in maintaining community security."
He stressed that "the work and duties of the Ministry of Interior are not easy, especially since the last stage witnessed great difficulties," noting that "the situation is currently better, but there are still great efforts and risks facing the heroes of the ministry."
He pointed out that "the Ministry of Interior presented, during its march, thousands of martyrs and wounded, whether in the fight against terrorism or in the fight against gangs and criminals, and thus worked to establish security and draw the general path for all the people."
He pointed out that "thousands of arrest warrants were executed this year by the executive authority for arrest warrants issued by the judicial authorities represented by the Ministry of Interior."
He noted that "there are modern technical and technological methods for following up on wanted persons, terrorist groups and others, including those related to modern technologies, whether at the level of communications or cameras, identifying them and other technologies."
He explained that "the investigation process today, is not a traditional process, but rather has developed to a high level, and therefore the agenda of proof and denial and others can be part of the technical and digital evidence that helps in the investigation process, and in other times, it is the investigation and we reached the perpetrators in record times, and this is what We see it today and we see it clear, as even in mysterious crimes, the time may only take 24 hours or less, and the perpetrators are reached and any crime that occurs here or there is uncovered.”
