    Today, Monday, the Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq, Mustafa Ghaleb Mikhaif, discussed with the Ambassador of the Russian Federation in Baghdad, Elbrus Kuatrashev, the dues of Russian companies operating in Iraq in the oil field.
