Mullah Bakhtiar identifies "three strategic mistakes" that "failed" the Sadrist movement's demonstrations

The leader of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, Mullah Bakhtiar, saw what he called three strategic mistakes made by the Sadrist movement that led to the “failure” of the demonstrations he led in recent days.
Mulla Bakhtiar wrote an article he published on the “Chawder” website, “close to him,” under the title “The Abyss of Mixing Demonstrations with Armed Force.” Struggle is a strategy, tactic, and forms of struggle are the ways to achieve strategy, and tactics are the art of exploiting opportunities or thwarting conspiracies.
He added that the armed revolution, mass uprisings, marches and strikes are different methods of struggle, if they are used well, achieving their goals, and if they are used badly, they will fail.
With regard to the Sadrist movement's demonstrations during the last period, Bakhtiar indicated that the Sadrists organized massive and influential demonstrations, but they made a mistake when they occupied the parliament building and thus gave legitimacy to the forces of the coordination framework to defend institutions and the legislative authority.
He added that their second mistake was to attack the Iraqi Federal Supreme Court, and their third strategic mistake was to mix armed forces with the demonstrators, and this mistake, as well as the massacre that resulted in it, led to the failure of the demonstrations and weakened the Sadrists' argument.
He added that as a result, Mr. Al-Sadr realized the dangers overnight and entered the line with full force and issued a decision to withdraw the Peace Brigades and cancel the demonstrations.
Bakhtiar commented on this matter, saying, "The deep leader must know how to define strategies, how to choose his tactics intelligently, and how to adapt the situation to that."
Bakhtiar added that the current Iraqi situation is turning into a new direction, and the mixed cards of the parties fade to some extent, so that the Sadrists cannot take decisions as they were in the past, and the coordinating framework cannot take decisions on the basis of political hatred, reactions and self-imposition.
Bakhtiar concluded by saying that the Kurdish forces, on their part, have come to rescue Kurdistan and the constitution and not waste the new situation, as the responsibility lies with them.
