    Today, Wednesday, MP Alia Nassif denounced the fact that a member of the House of Representatives took advantage of his position in the parliament by deluding the Minister of Transport that he was able to silence the voices that revealed corruption files in the Ministry of Transport during his administration of the ministry.



    Nassif said in a statement received by[url=https://www.alsumaria.tv/Entity/3172698065/%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B3%D9%88%D9%85%D8%B1%D9%8A%D8%A9 %D9%86%D9%8A%D9%88%D8%B2/ar/]Alsumaria news[/url], that "this deputy claimed that he had a relationship with one of the heads of the parliamentary blocs and one of the representatives who revealed major corruption files related to the work of the ministry despite the pressures put on him to close them, and (the corrupt representative), in cooperation with the Minister of Transport in the caretaker government, seized the Maintenance contract of Maintenance Center No. (1) belonging to the General Company for Iraqi Airways through one of the companies and without right in order to benefit from it at the expense of public money, according to what is published on the website[url=https://www.alsumaria.tv/Entity/119714/%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AE%D8%B7%D9%88%D8%B7 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AC%D9%88%D9%8A%D8%A9 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B9%D8%B1%D8%A7%D9%82%D9%8A%D8%A9/ar/]Iraqi Airways[/url]The official website was posted on Facebook on 9/5/2022, in exchange for closing the corruption files belonging to the minister, according to the claim of this deputy.






    She added, "Such behaviors and actions have nothing to do with the parliamentary work and are considered perjury of the oath that the representative swore before everyone in preserving the rights of the people and safeguarding public money from waste."
