The Central Bank said in a statement received by Alsumaria News, “We warn citizens against dealing with unlicensed offices and companies that claim to grant advances, loans, or any other credit facilities,” referring to “the phenomenon of advertisements on social media sites for unlicensed offices and companies that promote granting facilities.” Credit (Advances, Loans...etc.)".
The statement added, "We warn the parties that engage in these activities against violating the instructions of the bank and the laws in force, especially Article (3) of the amended Banking [url=https://www.alsumaria.tv/Entity/2917290039/%D9%82%D8%A7%D9%86%D9%88%D9%86 %D8%B1%D9%82%D9%85 94 %D9%84%D8%B3%D9%86%D8%A9 2004/ar/]Law No. 94 of 2004[/url], and legal measures will be taken against them."

The Central Bank of Iraq, today, Thursday, warned citizens against dealing with unlicensed offices and companies.
The Central Bank said in a statement received by Alsumaria News, “We warn citizens against dealing with unlicensed offices and companies that claim to grant advances, loans, or any other credit facilities,” referring to “the phenomenon of advertisements on social media sites for unlicensed offices and companies that promote granting facilities.” Credit (Advances, Loans...etc.)".
