Today, Wednesday, independent politician Mahmoud Al-Hayani expected the Sadrist movement to return to dialogue after the briefing given by the head of the UN mission, Jenin Plaschaert, to the UN Security Council on Iraq.
Al-Hayani said in an interview that "Blackshart diagnosed during her briefing the absence of the Sadrist movement from the dialogue that took place under the auspices of the Prime Minister, what obligates him to return to the dialogue."
He added, "Blaschart's presentation in the briefing does not consider imposing the will of the international community, but it is preparing messages to the political forces that there is no solution but dialogue."
He pointed out that “the international community sees the need to form a government in Iraq during this stage, especially in light of the continuation of the war between Russia and Ukraine and does not want an armed clash to occur inside Iraq,” stressing that “in the event of Saddam, guardianship will be imposed on Iraq under Chapter VII, and this matter does not want It is the Iraqi people, not the political forces.”
During the briefing session on Monday evening, Plasschaert criticized the Iraqi political class and its failure to manage the country, noting that corruption is eating away at all joints of the state.
