Parliamentary legal decides to form sub-committees to follow up on the ministries’ procedures in implementing the Food Security Law

The Legal Committee held a meeting headed by MP Mohamed Anouz, head of the age, in the presence of its members, to discuss the proposed laws on its agenda.
At the beginning of the session, the head of the committee stressed the need to activate the committee's oversight role and exercise its functions effectively, as well as to start studying and discussing the proposed laws submitted and referred to the committee.
The meeting discussed the formation of three sub-committees headed by the head of the committee and his two deputies to follow up the procedures regarding the financial and administrative affairs of the provincial councils after their dissolution, stressing the need to amend the provincial elections law.
The committee also discussed the formation of temporary committees to follow up the procedures of ministries and agencies not affiliated with a ministry to follow up on the implementation of the provisions of the Food Security Law.
On the other hand, the committee stressed the need to proceed with the amendment and legislation of the Civil Service Law and to give a wide space to discuss the provisions and provisions of the law as it regulates the work of state employees in general.
The committee also considered a legal proposal for the unified retirement and genocide of the Yazidis.
