Alsumaria News - Politics

The candidate for prime minister, Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani, arrived today, Thursday, at the office of the First Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Mohsen Al-Mandalawi.

The media office of the First Deputy stated, in a statement received by Alsumaria News, that "the candidate for prime minister, Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani, arrived at the office of the First Deputy [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] of Parliament, Mohsen Al-Mandalawi."

Today, Parliament is scheduled to hold a special session to elect the President of the Republic.

And the Media Department of the House of Representatives announced, earlier today, Thursday, the agenda for the parliament session.

According to a document obtained by Alsumaria News, "the agenda of the session No. (6) includes the election of the President of the Republic."

She added, "The session will start at eleven o'clock in the afternoon."
