[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] in Baghdad entered  a state of alarm, prior to holding a supposed parliamentary session, Thursday afternoon, to vote on the government of Prime Minister-designate  [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] , which included cutting a number of bridges and main roads surrounding the Green Zone, amid the flight of military helicopters.
The correspondent of Al-Araby Al-Jadeed, who toured the capital, confirmed that military and armored patrols are deployed at the intersections near the Green Zone, and other areas, but that there was no closure except for some roads leading to the Green Zone.

Security personnel and patrols from the General Traffic Directorate were deployed, to work since the morning hours to regulate the movement of cars and pedestrians in the streets.

According to an officer in the Baghdad Operations Command, “the authority responsible for the security of the capital,” he spoke to Al-Araby Al-Jadeed, on condition of anonymity, that “the directives were issued last night for the forces to enter a state of alert.”

And the officer indicated that “the directives stipulated that adequate precautions be taken and that they be prepared for any emergency, and that the deployment took place within and around the Green Zone and in other areas of the capital, provided that traffic is not restricted or roads are cut off without higher orders.”
He stressed that "the situation is currently under control, and that the forces are deployed within a pre-prepared plan."
Likewise, eyewitnesses in the Karrada area, close to the “Al-Araby Al-Jadeed” Green Zone, reported monitoring “the movement of helicopters in the sky of the Green Zone and the nearby areas, this morning,” noting that “the helicopters flew at a low altitude, but the movement was not intense.”
The leader of the Sadrist movement,  [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] , had anticipated the session and confirmed, on Wednesday night, that he tried to bring the Shiite forces closer to the people, while he did not talk about the session and did not have any escalatory language.

Al-Sadr said in a statement: “I only wanted to make the distortion that was caused by the Shiite political forces as the majority. I enjoin good and forbid evil, and to God is the outcome of matters.”

The “Coordination Framework” alliance promises that the Sudanese government will be different from others in terms of achievements, and a member of the State of Law coalition led by Nuri al-Maliki, Adnan al-Sarraj, said in a tweet: “The Iraqis close a black page for the Al-Kazemi Ministry by handing over the Sudanese and the new cabinet after voting on it Thursday with its program The government, and a new page will open with the government of achievements and with strict supervision and accountability from the Sudanese to his ministers for three months, to expel the failed minister.”

Until yesterday evening, Wednesday, identical sources in the capital, Baghdad, confirmed that Al-Sudani was unable to resolve differences over some ministries, over which several political blocs are competing from within the same component. She pointed out that more than 65 percent of the ministerial portfolios have been resolved, which creates the possibility of voting to grant them confidence, provided that other ministries are completed later. Al-Sudani will be a minister from a higher position by proxy (running the ministries himself by proxy) until the vote on the new ministers, according to the Iraqi constitution.
The constitution, in force in the country since 2005, allows the prime minister-designate to submit his incomplete cabinet, provided that the shortage does not exceed half the number of his government’s ministries, provided that the remaining part is completed, and through another supplementary voting session, on the rest of the ministries at his request to Parliament.
