    The government service and engineering effort team confirmed, on Wednesday, the inclusion of all areas with municipal services on both sides of Karkh and Rusafa in the capital, Baghdad, stressing the continuation of the team's work until all regions of the capital are covered by services.
    A member of the service team and assistant director general of public municipalities, Abd al-Razzaq al-Maliki, told the official news agency, “The service effort project included areas deprived of municipal services, according to the directives of Prime Minister Muhammad al-Sudani, especially the issue of streets,” stressing that “6 areas are covered by services so far.” , on both sides of Karkh and Rusafa, after it was 3 areas since the launch of the project two weeks ago.
    He added, "The areas that have been worked on are the Shaker Al-Ani area within the Al-Shula municipality area and within the Al-Shula sector, in addition to the Al-Dawanm area (Al-Sabiyat district) in the Al-Shula area as well, and it contains a high population density, according to preliminary statistics, 14,000 residential homes, in addition to The inclusion of the Al-Tajiyat area within the Kadhimiya municipality sector, this is with regard to the Karkh side.
    And he continued, "As for the Rusafa side, the government effort included the Al-Shaab region, as work has been going on for two weeks continuously in the Kufa neighborhood and the Seven Palaces area, in addition to including the outskirts of Baghdad with services from the district of the Baghdad Municipalities Directorate, where we started about 10 days ago in the Nahrawan area with the same works." .
    He stressed, "The government's effort continues to provide services to the deprived areas until it covers all areas of Baghdad."
