Parliamentary Finance: The government is considering unifying the salary scale and sending it to Parliament
Shafaq News/ The Parliamentary Finance Committee revealed today, Thursday, that the Federal Service Law will regulate the grades and career ladder for the employee, while it indicated that the government is studying unifying the salary scale after withdrawing the law.
Committee member Mueen Al-Kadhimi told Shafaq News agency, "The government decided to withdraw the draft Federal Civil Service Law from the House of Representatives to reorganize and study it according to the government's vision and the ministerial curriculum," pointing out that it is "studying to unify the employee's salary scale after withdrawing the copy of the law."
Al-Kadhimi added, "The law contains the regulation of job grades, job gradation, unification of the salary scale, and everything that serves the employee," noting that "the law copies the articles of previous laws with a unified law, to regulate the salary scale while raising the employee's basic salary."
Al-Kazemi added, "After withdrawing the draft law from Parliament, we are waiting for the government to send a new copy of the law with a salary scale schedule."
