[rtl]Al-Tamimi pointed out that "these attacks are included among crimes against humanity and genocide in accordance with international law and Article (6) of the 'Rome Accord' of the International Criminal Court, as well as the 'Genocide Prevention Agreement' of 1948," stressing that Baghdad "has the right to legitimate defense." About its sovereignty in accordance with Article (51) of the Charter of the United Nations, and it can request assistance from the United States of America in accordance with Article (27) of the strategic agreement between Iraq and America for the year 2008.[/rtl]
