A member of the Parliamentary Finance Committee, Sajjad Salem, confirmed today, Thursday, the amendment of the salary scale before the approval of the general budget through a joint committee from all state ministries, adding that the last day to complete the amendment will be next March 23.
Salem said, "The amendment of the salary scale is now in effect according to the white paper before the approval of the general budget," noting that "the committee that was formed from various ministries is working to amend the salary scale and complete it on the scheduled date."
And he indicated, "The deadline for completing the amendment to the salary scale is next March 23," noting that "the joint committee includes a number of experts, specialists, and professional employees in order to come up with an amendment that is fair to all categories of employees."
And he continued, "The categories that will be included in the amendment of the new salary scale were not disclosed until after it was finally completed."
