    Baghdad / Obelisk: Sources talk about a struggle between Sunni leaders in Iraq to win contracts and deals in the Ministry of Trade, while the Iraqi citizen is waiting for the improvement of the ration card vocabulary.
    According to the information, the conflict centers on the foodstuff trading company specialized in distributing the food basket in the Ministry of Commerce, due to the availability of contracts worth millions of dollars.
    Earlier, the former deputy, Muhammad Salman, said that the differences do not fall within the service of the state, but rather seeks personal interests.
    The Iraqi academic, Wael Al-Shihabi, believes that the 2023 budget should target the interest of the citizen by reducing the burden of price hikes, supporting the ration card, activating the suspended government and industrial sectors, stopping the waste of tax money, customs and borders, and not delaying its approval for a month.

    The journalist, Diaa Al-Sharifi, talks about major thefts that took place in the previous time periods in the ration card file, revealing that two general managers stole the ration card allocations.
    The majority of Iraqi provinces complain about the delay in distributing the new ration basket, which includes foodstuffs from solid international origins, but some items are still absent, most notably rice.
    The journalist, Rahaf Feghali, talks about the conflict between the Sunni forces focusing on education and trade, which had the lion's share of the budget for the food security law.
    According to information, the share of the Ministry of Commerce in the law is estimated at 9 billion dollars.
    The issue of conflict over ministries and positions is not new today, and it can be traced through the statements of Ahmad al-Jubouri Abu Mazen, Mishaan al-Jubouri, and local officials in the western governorates, and ends with an agreement to share positions and ministries, and then soon returns again.
