The Parliamentary Finance Committee confirmed, on Sunday, that there is no law to amend the salary scale currently.
Committee member Jamal Cougar said in an interview with Mawazine News, "The salary scale needs a special law to be withdrawn and amended, or to be included in a law such as the civil service law," noting that "the civil service law was withdrawn from Parliament by the government."
He added, "Therefore, we do not find a salary scale law," noting that "any talk about including the salary scale or any paragraph related to it in the budget is incorrect, because it is a different law." Ended 29 / H
