And the Minister of Finance confirmed, "The Accounting Department has completed all procedures related to financing salaries, with the exception of some spending units for departments that have not sent funding request books yet," calling on "expenditure units for ministries and departments to review the Accounting Department to receive financing books for each of those units."

Finance Minister Taif Sami announced, on Saturday, the completion of procedures for financing employee salaries for the current month of November.
Sami said in a statement, "The procedures for financing employee salaries for the current month of November have been completed for all spending units in ministries and unrelated entities."
