    Today, Friday, the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers announced a program to link automation and breast health with all consulates operating outside Iraq, while counting the number of electronically circulated documents and electronic breast health books issued so far.
    A spokesman for the General Secretariat, Haider Majeed, said: “The National Data Center Department in the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers continues its meetings and meetings with all official institutions on a regular basis, for the purpose of proceeding with the automation of official institutions, especially programs that have a direct impact with the citizen, in order to provide all Facilities for completing transactions, reducing time and bypassing bureaucracy, as well as eliminating extortion and corruption by a number of employees affiliated with state institutions.
    Majeed added, "Last week, the electronic document issuance validity program was launched with a number of Ministry of Health departments," pointing out that "a meeting was held with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs regarding the automation of special procedures for citizens, especially in the matter of reviewing consular departments."
    He pointed out that "many citizens need certificates of issuance of validity of issuance or authentication of documents through the consular department," noting that "there is a program to link automation and the validity of issuance of documents with all consulates operating outside Iraq."
    He pointed out that "all these procedures come within the framework of the e-governance program that is supervised by the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers through its supreme committee headed by the Secretary General of the Council of Ministers," noting that "there is communication with a number of Iraqi universities and institutions."
    He continued, "Also, the Martyrs Foundation has services provided to citizens in general, especially the families of martyrs. In addition, there is an automation process for a number of programs to cancel the health of the paper chest and switch to electronic, which is continuing in all official institutions."
    He stressed that "the citizen was suffering from the issue of obtaining a validity certificate, as it took a long time, in addition to the existence of extortion operations, but the issuance of electronic documents facilitated the procedures for citizens by receiving them (a code) from the concerned department through a citizen's mobile device, and then It is read by the concerned party that requests the documents, and the paper procedures are canceled.”
    He noted that "the rest of the programs are continuing in the Department of the National Data Center in all official institutions, in addition to that the subject of electronic governance and the electronic document management program, the second phase is currently being completed, which is represented by linking the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and the ministries, and linking the entities not associated with the ministry and the governorates with the integrated system with Ministries and the General Secretariat.
    And he indicated that “documents began to be circulated electronically, and so far the number of documents circulated between the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and the ministries has exceeded more than 120 to 130 thousand documents, while the number of electronic issuances has reached 350 to 400 thousand documents so far in all state institutions.” In addition, the Ur portal continues to provide services, as there are more than 100 electronic services provided to citizens through this portal, and the phone number (5599) has been allocated to receive citizen requests from eight in the morning until twelve at night for the purpose of inquiries and questions about how to use Ur Portal Program.
