Today, Friday, the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers announced a program to link automation and breast health with all consulates operating outside Iraq, while counting the number of electronically circulated documents and electronic breast health books issued so far.
A spokesman for the General Secretariat, Haider Majeed, said: “The National Data Center Department in the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers continues its meetings and meetings with all official institutions on a regular basis, for the purpose of proceeding with the automation of official institutions, especially programs that have a direct impact with the citizen, in order to provide all Facilities for completing transactions, reducing time and bypassing bureaucracy, as well as eliminating extortion and corruption by a number of employees affiliated with state institutions.
Majeed added, "Last week, the electronic document issuance validity program was launched with a number of Ministry of Health departments," pointing out that "a meeting was held with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs regarding the automation of special procedures for citizens, especially in the matter of reviewing consular departments."
He pointed out that "many citizens need certificates of issuance of validity of issuance or authentication of documents through the consular department," noting that "there is a program to link automation and the validity of issuance of documents with all consulates operating outside Iraq."
He pointed out that "all these procedures come within the framework of the e-governance program that is supervised by the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers through its supreme committee headed by the Secretary General of the Council of Ministers," noting that "there is communication with a number of Iraqi universities and institutions."

He stressed that "the citizen was suffering from the issue of obtaining a validity certificate, as it took a long time, in addition to the existence of extortion operations, but the issuance of electronic documents facilitated the procedures for citizens by receiving them (a code) from the concerned department through a citizen's mobile device, and then It is read by the concerned party that requests the documents, and the paper procedures are canceled.”
