[size=45]Yesterday, Sunday, the Federal Public Service Council confirmed that there are no appointments currently, except for those with supportive health professions, while the Ministry of Finance announced the completion of the sixth round of job grades created within the staff of the Ministry of Education.[/size]
[size=45]The Federal Public Service Council said in a statement, which (Al-Mada) received a copy of, that “all graduates, especially the category of holders of higher degrees, seniors and scholars, should not be drawn into extortion attempts by people with weak souls, and beware of those who blackmail them in order to obtain personal benefits in exchange for false allegations related to By appointing them, or whoever tries to spread rumors about the same issue or about the method of distributing the first and certificate holders to the ministries, agencies and governorates.”[/size]
[size=45]The statement added, “The Federal Public Service Council has confirmed on more than one occasion that appointments are made in accordance with legal procedures and fair and sober standards,” stressing “the Council’s keenness not to allow any room for manipulation of these standards.”[/size]
[size=45]And he pointed out, “The council currently does not have any appointments except for those with supportive health professions, which number 3791, three thousand seven hundred and ninety-one job degrees,” noting that “it has completed all its steps and will announce the results of applicants in the next few days and according to the results The test they underwent in Iraqi universities and the electronic form information.[/size]
[size=45]The statement confirmed that “the council has not released the form for appointments of holders of higher degrees and top students until now.”[/size]
[size=45]And he pointed out, “This is because the Ministry of Finance did not complete the creation of their grades,” noting that “these procedures will be initiated as soon as the creation of grades from this ministry is completed.”[/size]
[size=45]And the statement continued, “The council, in light of the foregoing, will take the legal path to prosecute anyone who tries to blackmail our graduates, or contributes to spreading unfounded rumors about the appointment mechanism.”[/size]
[size=45]And he talked about his commitment to “legal contexts, professional standards, and the transparency of his procedures, and he will not allow them to be compromised, so we found that we should send a message of reassurance to our graduates, which is a message obligatory for the council and for the eyes of their families to acknowledge them.”[/size]
[size=45]And the statement stressed, "The decisive factor in all appointments is the law and merit, according to the standards of professionalism and competence exclusively."[/size]
[size=45]And the statement went on to "call on everyone not to submit to any attempt to exploit or extort, and to expedite the reporting of any suspicious attempt, so that the appropriate action is taken in this regard."[/size]
[size=45]In addition, the Ministry of Finance stated, in a statement received by (Al-Mada), that “the budget department in the Ministry of Finance completed today the procedures for creating job grades to appoint holders of higher degrees (Masters) and the first graduates within the staff of the Ministry of Higher Education, which amounts to 64 degrees (sixth batch).”[/size]
[size=45]The statement added, “This came based on Cabinet Resolution No. 281 of 2022, and the provisions of the Emergency Support Law / Paragraph 3, and among those covered by Resolution No. 59 of 2017, and the appointment of the first graduates covered by Law No. 67 of 2017.”[/size]
[size=45]She added, "The ministry will be provided with the names of those appointed by the Federal Service Council, provided that the Service Council and the Ministry of Higher Education bear responsibility for the validity and integrity of the data of the groups covered by the appointment."[/size]
[size=45]In a related development, a statement by the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers stated yesterday that “the Prime Minister, Muhammad Shia’a Al-Sudani, directed ministries and agencies not associated with a ministry and all governorates to take the necessary measures to complete the requirements of the Ministry of Finance, regarding the confirmation of contractors whose service period exceeds two years. Orders to contract with them in accordance with Cabinet Resolutions (315 and 337 of 2019), and to send them to the Ministry of Finance, for verification and confirmation of permanent staffing.[/size]
[size=45]The statement added, "The decision came in fairness to the segment of contracts and daily workers, and for the purpose of improving their standard of living and calculating their service."[/size]
