Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein announced, on Wednesday, that the Baghdad Conference, in its second edition, will be held in the Jordanian capital, Amman, on the twentieth of December.
"The Baghdad Conference, in its second edition, will be held in the Jordanian capital, Amman, on the 20th of this month," Hussein said in a joint press conference with his Egyptian counterpart, Sameh Shukri, and Jordanian, Ayman Al-Safadi.
He added, "The tripartite action mechanism between the three countries is based on joint action," noting that "the common challenges we face require joint cooperation."
He pointed out that "Iraqi foreign policy is concerned with strengthening relations with neighboring countries."
