    The Independent / Kurdish MP Jamal Cougar, a member of the Finance Committee in the Iraqi Parliament, confirmed on Sunday that the Iraqi government has no excuse not to send the 2023 budget bill.
    Cougars said in a statement received by the Independent; The government did not send the 2023 budget bill to Parliament.
