His Excellency the President of the Republic, Dr. Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid, received today, Wednesday, December 14, 2022, at the Baghdad Palace, the Head of the Lebanese Parliamentary Coalition Bloc, Representative Nabil Badr.
During the meeting, the President of the Republic stressed the importance of the strong cooperation relations between the two countries, and the need to strengthen them in order to achieve the mutual interests of the two brotherly peoples. He also hoped that the political situation in Lebanon would see more progress and stability.
For his part, Mr. Muhammad Nabil Badr expressed his thanks and appreciation to His Excellency the President of the Republic, appreciating the Iraqi positions in support of Lebanon and its people, and stressing the importance of strengthening cooperation between the two countries.
