[size=45]On Thursday, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Qubad Talabani, announced the initiation of the transparency project in the provinces of Sulaymaniyah and Halabja and the administrations of Garmian and Rabrin.[/size]
[size=45]Talabani said in a video recording, "Transparency is the basis of trust between citizens and the authorities, and in order to consolidate it further, we announce the Transparency Project."[/size]
