The media office of the First Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives said in a statement received by Mawazine News: “The First Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Mohsen Al-Mandalawi, received in his office today a gathering of tribal sheikhs and notables from Mandali in Diyala Governorate, in the presence of a number of deputies, where the First Deputy listened to the problems that it suffers from.” The city and related to canceling the decision to transfer it from a district to a district, as well as the problem of water scarcity and dependence on wells that require equipment and continuous maintenance by the Ministry of Water Resources and the governorate.
