Heavy deployment of security forces and the closure of roads leading to the Green Zone with the convening of the parliament session
BAGHDAD - Iraq Press - 6 September / September: security source said early on Saturday that security forces sealed off all roads leading to the Green Zone and the bridge of the Republic, in central Baghdad, while stressing that the troops allowed the identities of those carries coming from the region to cross only.
The source said the "forces of the Baghdad Brigade and the fight against terrorism, shut down all roads leading to the Green Zone in central Baghdad, on the one hand Karada Mariam, Mansour, Salehia," noting that "the troops sealed off the bridge Republic leading to the area itself, with the session of the House of Representatives and it is allowed to staff the Green Zone and who hold the identities of the region issued only to cross. "
To that parliamentary sources confirmed that "the agenda of the House of Representatives on Saturday, includes a vote on the formation of the standing committees in addition to hosting the Minister of Finance and purity of net debt agency to discuss the general budget for 2014."
