Today, Saturday, the Ministry of Defense announced the visit of a high-ranking security delegation to Diyala Governorate, to directly supervise the redistribution of military units in the province.
A statement by the Ministry of Defense said, "The Chief of Staff of the Army, Lieutenant General Abdul Amir Rashid Yarallah, and the Deputy Commander of Joint Operations, Lieutenant General Qais Khalaf al-Muhammadawi, arrive at the sector of the Diyala Operations Command."
The statement added, "The security delegation came to Diyala Governorate, to directly supervise the redistribution of military units within the responsibility of the Diyala Operations Command."
