Shafaq News/ A member of the Iraqi Parliament, Haitham Al-Zarkani revealed, on Monday, a promise made by the Prime Minister, Muhammad Shia'a Al-Sudani, in his meeting yesterday, regarding the exchange rate of the US dollar against the Iraqi dinar, while he identified the reasons for the large rise in the stock exchange and exchange houses.
