    Shafaq News/ The General Company for Electronic Systems, one of the companies of the Ministry of Industry and Minerals, announced, on Sunday, its activities and work carried out to state departments during December of last year 2022, including the installation and operation of the electronic voting system in the Iraqi Parliament.
    The general manager of the company, Ahmed Abdullah Negm, said, in a statement received by the Ministry of Industry today, that the company has fully completed the contract for supplying, installing and operating the electronic voice and voting system for the benefit of the Information and Communications Technology Department in the House of Representatives, along with training the employees working on the system, which is considered one of the modern systems in electronic counting. Pointing out that the company has installed a system for conducting transactions and correspondence for the benefit of a number of sister companies, while training workers to use the system, which aims to speed up the completion of business and reduce the documentary cycle of confidentiality of information.



    And the Director General indicated that the company, during the aforementioned month, equipped, installed and operated electronic cards and a control system (PLC) for the benefit of Ur State Company, in addition to completing a number of licensing contracts for various computer systems for companies of the Ministry of Industry and other ministries, as well as implementing identities, car entry cards, and contract cards for different parties. Adding that the works also included building the internal network for infrastructure data for the Ministry of Justice headquarters and subscribing to the vehicle tracking service for a period of (12) months for the Iraqi National Oil Company / Maysan Oil Company.
