Today, Tuesday, the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers clarified the details of installing lecturers, administrators, and contracts for permanent staffing.
And the secretariat stated in a statement received by the agency / information / that "the Council of Ministers decided, in its tenth regular session, held on 12/27/2022, to approve the Ministry of Finance's creation of titles and job grades within the departments and formations budget, regarding the confirmation of contracts for lecturers, administrators and contractors before 10/2019." 2, in the permanent staffing from among the operational or planning expenses for each formation according to the following:
1 . The creation of (6068) job degrees within the budget of the Directorate of Education of Muthanna Governorate, to install lecturers and administrators within the operating expenses of the aforementioned directorate, and the inclusion of the total difference in the amount (23924724000) dinars to its budget within the draft federal budget law for the fiscal year / 2023
2 . The creation of (32421) job degrees within the budget of the Directorate of Education of Diwaniyah Governorate, to install lecturers and administrators within the operating expenses of the aforementioned directorate, and the inclusion of the total difference in the amount (91415243052) dinars to its budget within the draft federal budget law for the fiscal year / 2023.
3. The creation of (9554) job degrees within the budget of the Directorate of Education of the Holy Najaf Governorate, to install lecturers and administrators within the operating expenses of the aforementioned directorate, and the inclusion of the total difference in the amount (33295143600) dinars, to its budget within the draft federal budget law for the fiscal year / 2023.
4. Creating (50) job degrees within the planning budget of the Iraqi Media Network, to confirm contracts before 10/2/2019.
5. Creating (36) job degrees within the budget of Diwaniyah Governorate / Health Department, within the operating expenses of the Diwaniyah Health Department.
6. Creating (5082) job degrees within the planning budget of the Iraqi General Cement Company, to confirm contracts before 10/2/2019.
