    The Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq, Mustafa Ghaleb Makhaif, discussed today, Monday, with the Indian Ambassador to Iraq, Prashant Bisai, the importance of achieving exchange of experiences in terms of electronic payment and banking technologies between the two countries.
