Today, Tuesday, the Federal Integrity Commission revealed that two arrest warrants had been issued against former employees of the commission. On charges of "bribery, inflated funds and illegal gain".
And according to a statement by the commission, the Commission’s Investigation Department stated, “The Karkh Investigation Court, which is specialized in examining integrity cases, issued an arrest warrant against a former employee of the Integrity Commission in accordance with Resolution (160 of 1983) on the charge of impersonation in order to obtain sums of money in violation of the law.” ".
She added, "The same court issued an arrest warrant against the fugitive accused and his wife, a former employee of the Commission," indicating that "the order was issued in accordance with the provisions of Article (19/Second) of the Commission of Integrity and Illicit Gain Law No. (30 of 2011), amended; on the charge of Inability to prove the increase in their money.
