Today, Sunday, the advisor to the Prime Minister, Zainab Al-Moussawi, announced that the campaign to include those who are eligible for social protection will include all governorates, while she indicated that the Minister of Labor, Ahmed Al-Asadi, is participating in the campaign.
Al-Moussawi said, "The largest campaign to include the beneficiaries within the Social Protection Authority was launched today, in all governorates of Iraq and in the poorest areas, according to the statistics of the Ministry of Planning."
She added that "the campaign is part of the government program confirmed by the Prime Minister to include the most deserving groups within the social protection network," noting that "the Minister of Labor and advanced cadres in the ministry are participating in the campaign in addition to researchers to cover the covered areas and conduct field research."
And she emphasized that "these areas need infrastructure, a study of the living conditions of families, and provision of subsidies to poor families," explaining that "the database includes one million and 700 families, as researchers can, within two months, search all families in all governorates of Iraq."
Today, Sunday, Prime Minister Muhammad Shia'a al-Sudani announced the launch of the largest search campaign within the social protection network.
"With God's blessing, we are launching, today, the largest search campaign within the social protection network," Al-Sudani said in a tweet.
He added that the campaign was a "commitment and implementation of the government program that focuses on addressing poverty as one of the most important priorities."
