Shafaq News/ The Prime Minister of Kurdistan Regional Government, Masrour Barzani met, on Tuesday, US Congressman Darrell Issa, on the sidelines of the Davos Forum.
According to a statement received by Shafaq News Agency, the meeting witnessed "discussing the latest developments in Iraq and the region, as well as discussing ways to consolidate relations between the Kurdistan Region and America."
The two sides stressed, according to the statement, "the importance of solving problems with the federal government radically and on the basis of the constitution."
In a later statement, the regional government presidency said that Masrour Barzani met today, in Davos, 2023, former British Prime Minister Tony Blair.
In the meeting, according to the statement, the general situation in the Kurdistan Region, Iraq and the region in general was discussed, especially the reforms initiated by the ninth ministerial formation in the field of economic diversification, electronic transformation in public services, improvement of the health sector, and the export of agricultural products of the Kurdistan Region to European markets. .
