[size=45]The representative of the Al-Fatah Alliance, Mueen Al-Kazemi, confirmed, on Wednesday, that the dispute over the presidency of the parliamentary committees delayed the convening of today’s session.[/size]
[size=45]Al-Kazemi said in an interview, "The parliament is unable, until this moment, to hold its session due to the disagreement over the formation of parliamentary committees."[/size]
[size=45]He added, "The parliament is awaiting the decision of the parliamentary committees to start convening a session of the House of Representatives."[/size]
[size=45]A large number of deputies consider that the legislative authority is in a state of stumbling and confusion due to the management of the Presidency of the Council, which seemed to be evidently reluctant to perform its legislative and oversight duties, leading to the failure to hold sessions over consecutive days.
