    President of the Republic Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid affirmed, on Thursday, that Iraq has benefited from the rise in oil prices in global markets in improving financial revenues, and that the federal government headed by Muhammad Shia'a al-Sudani is serious in implementing its program.[/size]
    [size=45]This came during his hosting of a dialogue session within the activities of the World Economic Forum in Davos under the title “The Future of the Middle East”.[/size]
    [size=45]Rashid said during the session, that after the recent elections that took place in Iraq, we have become more confident, and that the country has become more secure and stable.[/size]
    [size=45]On the rise in oil prices, the Iraqi president said, “We have benefited from the rise in oil prices (..) and we can cooperate with each other under the new elected government, which contributes to advancing reforms,” adding that “the Iraqi government is serious about implementing its program, although there are Difficulties and challenges.”[/size]
    [size=45]Rashid continued, saying: At the present time, our oil exports have reached 4 million barrels per day, and we seek to increase this amount and benefit from it internally and for export.[/size]
    [size=45]He added, "We have plans to increase the number of projects related to oil and gas, and among the ambitious projects is also the construction of the port of Faw and the extension of the railways resulting from this project," stressing that Iraq needs international support to complete these projects.[/size]
