Today, Sunday, the Parliamentary Services Committee confirmed that it owns the first of the laws related to the ownership of land for citizens.
The deputy head of the committee, Baqir Al-Saadi, said in a press interview seen by Taqaddam that: “The committee seeks to legislate laws that do not harm the citizen or the state, so that no encroachment on government lands takes place by any party.”
He explained, "Our main goal is for every family to have a home, and there is a political will to solve the housing crisis in the country by enacting a law that gives them these constitutional rights."
Al-Saadi continued, "The committee, in particular, has the earliest laws related to the ownership of lands for citizens."
