    He considered the visit of Prime Minister Muhammad Shia' al-Sudani to France "evidence of the importance of the Iraqi-French relations on the one hand, and the framing of these relations through a strategic agreement with France, as it is a permanent member of the Security Council, and of importance among the European Union countries, as well as it is a member of NATO. And a mission in the international coalition. 

    Adviser to the Prime Minister, he pointed out that France "assisted Iraq in the war against ISIS, and is currently training the Iraqi armed forces and the Peshmerga in the Kurdistan region," adding that France "works in the sectors of oil, gas, electricity, transportation, airports, the cultural and health fields, and new economic fields such as renewable energy and favorable climate change and the International Declaration of Human Rights, which France is interested in and shared by Iraq, as it is a democratic country, in In addition to other tracks of joint cooperation between France and Iraq. 

    Regarding Iraq's needs for joint cooperation, he explained that Iraq needs, in the foreground, to transfer "the French experience in the field of combating corruption, developing government administration and the government apparatus, improving transparency and recovering Iraqi funds, in addition to the transmission of electricity through the French company Total, as well as the Creston company regarding the suspended train.” In the capital, Baghdad, which may move in the coming stages to other provinces as well, knowing that it has not seen the light for 20 years. 

    Hussein Allawi, pointed out that Al-Sudani "insists on the full contract and providing the necessary funds through the federal budget and investing France's capabilities in the penetrating gas, and thus re-pressing and pumping the associated gas to the Iraqi electrical stations, in In addition to signing special contracts in the field of economic partnerships between French companies and ministries. Iraqi companies, in order to develop their technical capabilities.    

    He added that the agreement aims to "invest the French aid provided to Sinjar, especially the Sinjar General Hospital, whose administrative and technical model France has developed, in order to give a great opportunity to the people of Sinjar who are gradually settling in their areas." , and thus it is support for stability in the liberated areas, and support for diversity in Iraq, which is a sovereign commitment from the Iraqi government to protect minorities," adding that the goal is also "to strengthen Iraq's diplomatic role and reduce scaling in the region.” 

    And he indicated that the Prime Minister, Muhammad Shia' al-Sudani, "seeks to invest the weight of the Iraqi-Iranian-Saudi relations, by moving relations between Tehran and Riyadh towards a new one, complementing the previous dialogues, and moving from the security track to the political one." 

    "The prime minister believes that the stability of the region begins with ending the rivalries, and turning to the process of cooperation and partnership between the countries of the region," according to Allawi. 

    Regarding the impact of the French agreement on Iran's electricity imported to Iraq, the advisor to the prime minister stated that Iraq "remains in need of electricity imported from Iran in the path of providing gas to gas stations until the production cycle of Iraqi gas production ( natural and associated) is completed." 

    He added, "We need the electrical capacity that we import, to stabilize the state of stability in the electrical energy of some governorates, in order to stabilize the high-pressure stations, which gives Iraq an opportunity for the transition process and focus on major projects." 

    Al-Sudani's advisor confirmed that the Iranian-Iraqi relations remain "good and effective", as well as with the Gulf countries, led by Saudi Arabia, "effective", and with other Arab and Gulf countries, in order to "serve the Iraqi people, provide job opportunities, attract investments and develop the Iraqi infrastructure.” 

    Hussein Allawi revealed that Prime Minister Muhammad Shia al-Sudani intends to "develop the Iraqi air fleet by bringing in advanced Arfal planes, given the shift in Iraq's financial capabilities, and the military need for these planes in order to pursue the remnants of the terrorist ISIS in open and agricultural areas.”[/rtl]
