    Erbil (Kurdistan 24) - Iraqi MP Ahmed Al-Sharmani filed, on Saturday, a lawsuit against the governors of the Central Bank, for passing import documents over the years, which he said were "forged".
    The representative of the (Emtiad) movement sent a letter to the head of the Iraqi Public Prosecution Service, in which he called on him to "take appropriate legal measures against the governors of the Central Bank in accordance with the provisions of Article 340."

    He attributed the reason for the lawsuit to "causing them to cause harm to the funds and interests of the party for which they work, as they were directed to spend large sums of hard currency over the years, in exchange for forged import documents."
