On Sunday, the Minister of Oil, Hayan Abdul-Ghani, issued a bureau order to assign four new undersecretaries to the ministry.
And it came in a document issued by the administrative and financial department in the ministry (January 29, 2023), that “based on Diwani Order No. (23077) and reported to us according to the letter of the Prime Minister's Office No. 2303043 on 1/26/2023, and the directive of the Deputy Prime Minister For Energy Affairs - The Minister of Oil, based on work requirements, decided to assign four new undersecretaries to the ministry
And she added, “Bassem Muhammad Khudair Al-Abadi was assigned the duties of the Undersecretary for Extraction Affairs (agency), Hamed Younis Saleh was assigned the duties of the Undersecretary for Liquidation Affairs (agency), Laith Abdul Hussein Al-Shaher was assigned the duties of the Undersecretary for Distribution Affairs (agency), and Izzat Saber Ismail was assigned. Abdullah with the duties of Undersecretary for Gas Affairs (Agency).
