    A member of the Parliamentary Integrity Committee, Sarwa Abdel Wahed, revealed today, Monday, suspicious corruption deals worth billions in contracts for projects of the Ministry of Construction.
    Abdel Wahed said in a tweet to her via Twitter, followed by (Baghdad Today), "We told the Integrity Commission that there are suspicions of corruption in contracts concluded by the Ministry of Construction with the (Happy Future) company, which included $250 billion. for lagging projects, and 30 billion for a project from which nothing was completed!
    She added, "More than 58 billion dinars have been spent on a water project, despite the Ministry of Finance's confirmation of suspicions of corruption in it and its request to cancel the absolute amounts."
    And Abdul Wahid stated, according to a document obtained by (Baghdad Today), that "based on suspicions of corruption and a great waste of public money, please take the necessary measures."
