    The Patriotic Union of Kurdistan stresses the need to address the outstanding problems between the federal government and the Kurdistan Regional Government, and works greatly on the need to keep the livelihood of citizens away from political conflicts.
    In order to serve the citizens and address the outstanding problems, Pavel Jalal Talabani, President of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, made several visits to the capital, Baghdad, in order to solve these outstanding problems.
    In this regard, Qubad Talabani, Vice President of the Kurdistan Regional Government, will also visit the capital, Baghdad, and meet with officials there in order to address the problems and distance the livelihood of citizens in the Kurdistan Region from political conflicts.
    These efforts by the National Union were endorsed and supported by all political parties and political observers.

    The National Union is working hard to address the outstanding problems
    The representative of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan bloc, Sabah Habib, told PUKMEDIA: The Patriotic Union of Kurdistan is working hard to address the outstanding problems.
    He added: In the past and at the present time, there are delegations of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan that seek to bridge the points of view between the two governments so that the citizen is not the one affected by the remaining of these outstanding problems, and the differences must be resolved once and for all.


    The time has come to address the outstanding problems
    , Representative Hussein Mardan says during a special statement to the official website of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, PUKMEDIA: It is time to resolve the outstanding problems between the Kurdistan Regional Government and the federal government, which have existed for a long time.
    He added: In the past periods, there were patchwork solutions to problems that were not addressed radically. There must be final solutions to the outstanding problems.



    There are common interests between the two sides
    Representative Hussein Mardan says: The two governments must reach a comprehensive and final agreement because we are one people and we joined hands in many matters, especially in the war against the terrorist organization ISIS, and there are many Kurdish leaders who fought terrorists in the southern and central governorates.
    He added: Every year these problems appear, especially when the annual budget is approved, but there are great common issues and issues, and the current conditions do not allow the problems to remain because the citizen will be the only one affected by them, especially after the rise in the exchange rate of the dollar.



    The citizen is the biggest loser
    Political analyst Ali Al-Baydar says during an exclusive statement to PUKMEDIA: The citizen is the biggest loser in any crisis, and he pays the price of political conflicts.
    He added: There is no winner or loser in the political conflicts between the Kurdistan Regional Government and the federal government, and everyone loses in these conflicts.



    Problems can be addressed through dialogue and understanding
    Political analyst Ali Al-Baydar says: We can deal with the outstanding problems with a common will from both sides through the Iraqi constitution, which all the people voted on, far from imposing wills.
    He added: The constitution is the guarantor of the rights of all, and that the political scene is witnessing a state of stability that contributes to supporting efforts to eliminate the outstanding problems between the Kurdistan Region and the federal government, so it is necessary to quickly address these problems once and for all.
