    Today, Wednesday, the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers announced the launch of the secured documents system for canceling the authenticity of issuance transactions for agencies.
    And the National Data Center of the Municipality stated in a statement received by (Baghdad Today), that "in cooperation and coordination with the Ministry of Justice / Notary Public Department, the secure documents system for canceling transactions of validity of breasts for agencies issued by Notary Publics in (23) Notary Public Department in Baghdad and the provinces has been launched ".

    The director of the National Data Center, Ammar Mazhar Al-Tamimi, said, according to the statement, “The center team feels a great responsibility regarding the completion of the project to cancel breast health transactions in all state institutions, because of its great importance that culminated in making a big difference for the comfort of citizens by keeping pace with electronic developments, similar to other countries.” The world, in order to speed up the completion of citizens’ transactions, and shorten the time, effort and costs, which will reflect positively on the course of transaction procedures and constitute a tangible future difference that contributes to reducing traffic congestion and enriches the national effort in enriching the factors of sustainable development.

    Al-Tamimi added, "On the date of 9/4/2022, the first batch was launched in six notary departments inside Baghdad, and resulted in the completion of (24,775) transactions, followed by the second batch on 1/23/2023 in seventeen departments between Baghdad and the provinces, bringing the total total For the transactions completed so far (30785), through which the citizen can keep the QR code of his transaction on his mobile phone or printed on a piece of paper, which he submits in all transactions that require the presentation of a power of attorney.

    Al-Tamimi continued, "The technical staff of the center is still continuing to complete the project as quickly and accurately as possible by creating an account for the users of the departments concerned with working on the system and training them with periodic follow-up."

    With regard to the counseling service of the centre, Al-Tamimi explained that "the doors of communication for citizens are open to enable them to use it by calling the phone number (5599) from eight in the morning until twelve in the evening, seven days a week, through a specialized team to provide answers and provide support and assistance in the event of Any delay or defect, whether technical or administrative.

    The statement pointed out that "the center deals with the circles of notable writers as the first spark for the development of the project, as the technical staff in the center invented a code that was carefully examined by the security authorities and proved highly efficient, in addition to its continuous updates in line with the rapid development of this field globally."
