Today, Wednesday, Minister of Commerce Atheer Al-Ghurairy announced the launch of large quantities of foodstuffs at competitive prices early next week.
A statement by the ministry said, "The Minister of Commerce confirmed that early next week will witness the offering of large quantities of table eggs, chicken meat, zero flour, and milk at competitive prices to the prices of the local market in Baghdad and the provinces, and through its locations and branches."
Al-Ghurairy stressed, according to the statement, that "in implementation of the Prime Minister's directives, the ministry has pumped large quantities of table eggs, chicken meat, and zero flour over the past days, at competitive prices, in line with the needs of the local market, and through its outlets in Baghdad and the provinces, after it met with great demand by citizens." ".
And the statement continued, "The planned sales outlets will be six in Baghdad, four outlets in each of Mosul and Basra, and two outlets in each of the country's governorates in the ministry's branches and locations."
