    Law expert Ali Al-Tamimi confirmed, today, Thursday, that the call of the leader of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, Fadel Mirani, to the structure of the Federal Court, is an illegal call and contradicts the work of the Federal Court in accordance with Article 130 of the Constitution.
    Al-Tamimi said, in a statement transmitted by the correspondent (Iraqi Media News Agency / INA) , that “the call of the leader of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, Fadel Mirani, to structure the Federal Court is illegal and is included within the political term noting that “the Federal Court operates in accordance with Article 30 of the Constitution, which She said that the legislation of the Federal Court remains in force unless it is amended by law.
    He added that “the work of the Federal Court now is correct, constitutional, and consistent with the law, and it has an internal system that defines its work.” by two-thirds of the members of the House of Representatives.
    It is noteworthy that the leader of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, Fadel Mirani, claimed in a statement that the Federal Supreme Court does not take into account the principle of separation of powers, against the backdrop of its decision that the federal government funds the monthly salaries of employees in the Kurdistan region unconstitutional.
